Reigning from the Bronx, NY this talented actress first came on the Hollywood scene in 1994 when she debuted in the ABC telefilm Magical-Makeover. I first noticed her in 2001 when she appeared in Save the Last Dance but I really noticed how talented she was when she played Ray Charles' wife in the 2004 movie Ray. Thus a star was born!! She continues to strive to heighten her Hollywood success and has even began producing and writing movies as well. She has won numerous awards for her social activism and charity work.
Rocking every label from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Derek Lam, Armani, and Zac Posen, to only name a few, her style is flawless....and she never disappoints......I mean never. She understands that flawless hair and make up are accessories that are just as important as fabulous shoes. Kerry Washington is a beautiful Fashion Genius and her Style is undeniable!!! Ay, ion know if u can recall this or not, but she showed up and showed out one time @ the VH1 Hip-Hop Honors Award. It's so funny bc I was tunin in just to see what June Ambrose was going to style Missy Elliot in(which happen to an Adidas jogging suit paired open toe booties),but I walked away finding a new fashionista. All I can remember is this lady walked out in the crazy cut dress and as soon as I saw her, I texted my friend and was like turn to VH1 and tell me who is this sickly styled woman who's introducing all of the acts that are a/b to pay homage to Missy. But anywho, Ms. Washington had this insane dry cobalt blue/white dress on and it had like this built in yellow belt over it, paired w/ tangerine colored Loubs. Bold choice of colors, if u ask me and it soooo worked for her!
