Ciara is a Fashion Fiend

So was Ciara reading my mind or was she reading Fashion Fiend......I'm just saying....I wish!! Anyway, she was spotted a couple of days ago at the Nylon Magazine anniversary party looking pretty fabulous in a look real similar to the one I created a few weeks ago!!! The base of the look was a 3.1 Phillip Lim layered ruffle-mix sweater skirt and a black leather jacket to top it off......and I LOVE IT!!!

Her style has definitely been on point lately....be on the look out for a post all about it...
